Watson, in behalf 'of the Board of Trustees, presented their report in the matter of the propositions concerning the enlargement or removal of the Columbia Female College, which recommended the removal of the College to Greenwood. C. C. Featherstone being granted the privileges of the floor, made the point of order that the Board of Trustees, in recommending a place for the location Of the College, had transcended the authority given them under the resolu tion of the last Conference. Bishop Duncan sustained the point of order. On motion of W. W. Daniel, the report was recommitted to the Board of Trustees. Question 10 - What local preachers are elected deacons? Was Called, and Archibald E. Driggers, being duly recommended, was elected a local deacon. Question 14 - What local preachers are elected elders? Was called, and William D.
