The Quarterly Review is an excellent publication, and is edited with great ability by the learned and distinguished Dr. W. P. Harrison. It shows improvement as quarter after quarter it goes to its subscribers. Your Committee would respectfully suggest that the important department Of book notices be increased. This depart ment would be of much greater interest and value if current literature had larger attention given to it and more Space.
