This survey -- sent to bankruptcy, district, & circuit judges, other bankruptcy court personnel, law professors, & bankruptcy practitioners -- contained questions about the organization, scope, & format of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure & forms; the relationship between the rules & the Bankruptcy Code; the incorporation of various Federal Rules of Civil Procedure into the Bankruptcy Rules; & local bankruptcy codes. Presents the results of the survey, question by question, with the responses in table form by occupation, followed by a discussion of the results. Includes recommendations.
