Excerpt from The Letters and Papers of Cadwallader Colden, Vol. 8 Cadwallader Colden's Letter Books, 1760 - 1775, were published by the Society in its Collections for 1876 and 1877, and most of the other letters and papers were printed in seven volumes, as the Society's Collections for the years 1917 through 1923. The only manuscripts given by Ogden Hoffman that were not printed in ex tenso were miscellaneous scientific and political letters and papers, of specialized interest, and these were calen dared at the end of the 1923 volume, pages 359-76.
