Bond also to be trust fund for benefit of judgment creditors of organization. Prescribes qualification for officers; regulates elections. Provides for hearing and rehearing by organization and review by superior court before member may be fined, suspended, or expelled. Requires two-thirds vote before funds may be spent for political purposes and before strike may be declared or settled. Prohibits jurisdictional picketing. Prohibits strikes in war or defense indus tries whenever a state of war exists. Prohibits blacklisting of members who leave organization. Requires annual financial report to be filed.
