So you've prayed to God that He will take your pain away, but it just seems as if He wants you to carry that cross forever. Have you ever thought that perhaps God really does want to heal you, but you're actually standing in the way? Do You Want to Be Healed? Allowing God to Heal Brokenness in Your Life shares a little-known truth about Jesus' healing ministry-you have to be ready for healing before Jesus will heal you. That means you can't keep one foot in your dysfunction while crying out to God for help. You have to go all in before Jesus can perform that healing miracle in your life. If you're ready for that kind of commitment-ready for Jesus to wipe away your tears and heal the brokenness in your soul-take a chance and say, yes, I want to be healed. Newspaper editor, soldier, political consultant, private investigator, intelligence officer, adjunct professor, business owner, senior executive, Bachelors and Masters Degrees-on paper Tom Mann looks like one of the more successful people you will meet. You would never see the dysfunction that consumed him, caused by too many years of neglect and abuse as a child. For years, he thought everyone else was nuts until the day he realized it was actually him. Crying out to Jesus, Tom found healing, but not in some "shabalee-doo, you're healed" kind of way. No, more like the "Submit yourself fully to Jesus and do things you don't want to do" kind of way. God has used Tom's pain for good, giving Tom the ability to powerfully speak into other's lives about healing. Now he desperately wants you to have the same kind of healing God has given him. A fascinating glimpse into the debate in Scandinavia concerning a number of inter-related Biblical themes focused on the concept of the Messiah, a debate associated with scholars such as Mowinckel, Pedersen, Widengren, and Bentzen himself. The argument traces the development of the Messianic figure from its Old Testament roots, starting with the Messiah of many of the Psalms, which represents a demythologised form of the Oriental conception of kingship, through the eschatologised Messiah of the prophetic thought of Isaiah and Micah, and then to the prophet-Messiah of Second Isaiah, which although still a present and entirely human figure, embodies the insight that the saviour of Israel must suffer and be cast in the role of a "Moses Redivivus" as leader of a new Exodus. The Son of Man of Daniel 7 carries this eschatologising process even further, until the Christology of the New Testament emerges as a creative synthesis of these Old Testament types. In this synthesis, Jesus is a new Adam, the Messiah present in the flesh and present still in His body the Church, the suffering Prophet playing the part of the new Moses and the once and future Divine King. Bentzen argues that ultimately this figure of Christ the Messiah transcends not only the Old Testament types on which it is based, but also the subsequent historical development of the Christian Messianic tradition.

Growing up the son of agnostics, John Koessler saw a Catholic church on one end of the street and a Baptist on the other. In the no-man’s land between the two, this curious outside wondered about the God they worshipped—and began a lifelong search to comprehend the grace and mystery of God. A Stranger in the House of God addresses fundamental questions and struggles faced by spiritual seekers and mature believers. Like a contemporary Pilgrim’s Progress, it traces the author’s journey and explores his experiences with both charismatic and evangelical Christianity. It also describes his transformation from religious outsider to ordained pastor. John Koessler provides a poignant and often humorous window into the interior of the soul as he describes his journey from doubt and struggle with the church to personal faith

In his second book about the coming horrendous WWIII nuclear fire war, Final Warning: WWIII Part Two, Gabriel Michaels deals with several end-time subjects. Among these are the rise of the Antichrist and the false prophet; the extensive preparations for WWIII that are being done by the United States, NATO, Russia, and Russia’s prophetic allies; and the end-time signs in the heavens. He also examines the question that everyone wants to know concerning the timing of Jesus’s return—when? I think you will be surprised by what God has shown him about this and how close we actually may be to WWIII and Jesus’s return at the Rapture. In easy-to-understand language, Gabriel Michaels shows that time is running out for man’s rule of earth. He shows how and why Jesus truly is coming to earth soon to set up his kingdom of one thousand years. If you have already read WWIII Part One, then, once you read this book, many of your questions concerning the end-times may well be answered. For the sake of you, your family, and your friends, you should know these things. We are quickly moving to a great climax in world history. This could quite literally be the final warning that many will hear. The sunset of man’s rule over Earth, his final generation to rule Earth, began May 14, 1948, when Israel became a nation. The sunrise of the rule of Earth by Jesus Christ, King of kings, is upon us and very few understand that. The prophet Daniel was told in Daniel 12:9 (NIV), “Go your way, Daniel, for the words are closed up and sealed until the time of the end.” The words of end-time prophecy are being unsealed in this book in a way you have probably never heard before. You can be one of those in the end-times, who would be among the wise, as the prophet was told in Daniel 12:10 (NIV), “None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand.” Author Gabriel Michaels has studied for over fifty years to bring this word of warning to you, to help you understand the lateness of the hour in which you live. This is a warning done out of love. Please listen, before it’s too late! King Jesus is coming. Get ready for the return of the King!

For many, the idea of the Last Days brings to mind concerns and fears about the End of the World, The Antichrist, The Mark of the Beast, World War, and Armageddon. For centuries, man has been occupied with the idea that someday the world will come to an end. These fears and concerns have been fuelled by natural disasters, famines, world wars, and the writings of people such as Nostradamus, Jeane Dixon, and Tim LaHaye. When we think about the Last Days, we have more questions than answers. Is the world really going to end? Should we be concerned about the future? Where are we today in relation to the Last Days? Author Richard H. Perry urges readers to 'consider the source' when caught up in these questions that don't seem to have answers. In The Complete Idiot's Guide to the Last Days, Perry takes readers to the source of all discussion on the subject: the Bible itself.
