The information included herein is available from a number of diverse sources but has never before been compiled into one document. Since the data has been culled from a variety of secondary sources (other di rectories, listings, and limited individual telephone and postal contacts), the availability of information varied from state to state. Also, due to varying collecting and printing schedules of the sources, some of the information may not be as current as others, e.g., mayors, county commissioners, city managers, etc. The addresses and phone numbers, however, should remain consistent.
