Horary astrology is based on the notion that the question and intensity to find its answer arises in the mind as a result of the divine command and at that particular moment, the planetary locations in the cosmos remains favorable. Sometimes a native has the queries related to his/her relatives, friends or neighbors even without having their birth-details.
