JUSTICE MANUAL - 2019 This is Volume 2 of 2 of the Justice Manual (JM) and was downloaded on 26 March 2019. The JM was previously known as the United States Attorneys' Manual (USAM). It was comprehensively revised and renamed in 2018. In general, the date of last revision is noted at the end of each section.
