Many episodes of my life made me believe that I had actually found this unique and special love, but as before, it was an illusion. This love I wished for would be a love that I had never experience before. And I often wondered..."does this love even exist? And God answered that question for me and that answer was yes. It does exist, but it must start with me. In so many cases we as women are the ones that give our love so freely, so openly, and so honestly. But in return we accept the negativity of a relationship. We accept the name calling, the abuse whether its verbal or physical by the ones we have given our all. This is not the love that God has blessed us with, but the behavior that we have accepted and think it is love. Life is a lesson learned daily. The ups and the downs of relationships that we think are based on love are only stepping stones to a better understanding about love and how it is given and how it is accepted. But, first take a look in the mirror and admire the reflection you see looking back at you. Love her, respect her, and admire her beauty, her uniqueness. She is rare, one of a kind. There is no one like her and her values are beyond any wealth. It is only then when you began to love that person, and accept that person, you will learn what this unspeakable love is all about and how to receive and to give it without doubt.

What is it actually like to live today? It's an era where world politics play out on Twitter, and where the gig economy has made the nine-to-five job an object of aspiration rather than dread. Rates of mental illness are soaring, inequality predominates everything and much of life is contained in our phones. The core idea of this book is that we can only understand what life is like now by comparing it to previous times to see what has changed, what is genuinely new, and what is a continuation of existing trends. Providing original analyses of a range of seminal works of 90s pop culture, this book extracts a core set of concepts--such as irony, branding, and media--that defined the 90s. It demonstrates how these concepts are expressed in both those works and in the art of today. Presenting close history in a new light, this book helps us understand today by framing it in terms of yesterday.

The New Testament book of James, the Lord Jesus’s brother, has always been one of my favorite books in the whole Bible, as in my opinion, it gives a clear picture of how we should function as individual Christian believers and how believers and the local church or fellowship that they are part of should interact together. During the summer of 2016, I felt prompted to write my own paraphrase of the book of James, based on the King James Version of the Bible, and then in early December, after a conversation with a friend of mine at church, I felt the time was right to write my own commentary on James with language and examples from the modern era. All Bible references in this book are once again my own paraphrase based on the King James Version of the Bible. I hope you find this book challenging, stimulating, and helpful in your Christian walk and that it encourages you to get to know the Bible more deeply in the future. Lucidus Smith

My lifes story focuses on perseverance and not quitting. As a single mother, my book is to inspire you with Gods Word, with his hope and faith and lots of peace and unconditional love he has for us. I pray and hope you take some courage and joy along your journey. Because you can make it with Gods help. I was a victim and I am a survivor. After all my struggles, I kept my faith and asked God for more wisdom, some hope for tomorrow, and courage to make it in these struggles. Writing this book gave me purpose to provide a way to communicate my thoughts to single parents and children. I have worked long and hard to bring this story to light, and I could not have done it without God.

He was dead! The bells pealed out their mournful cry. Crowds gathered, and in no time, the piazza was full. Then the announcement came to the people of Rome and the world—John XXIV was dead, poisoned by an unidentified person or persons. The Chair of Peter was empty. He was buried in the bowels of St. Peter’s Basilica, alongside so many of his predecessors. The conclave to elect a new Pope had been called for, and Cardinals were arriving in Rome to participate in the election of his successor. Days went by, and all the gathered crowd saw was black smoke rising from the chimney over the Sistine Chapel. Then on the fourth day, as the first puffs of smoke rose, the bells of St. Peter’s rang out in jubilation for a new Pope had been elected. The people, including reporters, tried to guess who it would be and where he would be from. But no one was prepared for the announcement that was made. He was from the United States of America, only fifty-four years of age, and George Cardinal Writerson would be known from this moment forward as His Holiness Pope James.
