And maybe, just maybe, you can figure out a way to escape these 2 companions. I know I have tried for years but to no prevail. And I haven't found anyone yet who has done that. Awe the 2 companions if only i could even elude them for just a second of 1 min a day of the week of a month of a year. But there is no escape for any of us. He has been happily married to his wife for 39 years. He and wife live in the rio grande valley in south Tx. He has been wanting to write for many years but has not really pursued his calling until just in the last year or so. This is his first book in several more to come.He has a passion for sharing real life observations with others. Has hobbies such as fishing, playing games. Likes spending time with family. Military involvement in foreign policy decision-making, and its role as a driving force in that process, has long been anathema to both academic and practitioner circles. Without wanting to pursue the quest for principles or ultimate predictions this study looks specifically into the role of the military in foreign policy decision-making. It does so by carefully reconstructing and comparing the sequential series of decisions of a group of British and Dutch senior civil and military decision-makers which have led to the deployment of their militaries into to Afghan provinces of Helmand and Uruzgan. One of the most prominent findings of this analysis is the shaping ability of military initiatives on the series of decisions and the consequent path dependent reasoning during political deliberations on the deployment of military forces: the decision of the United Kingdom and the Netherlands to deploy their troops to southern Afghanistan was based on an emergent case that largely built itself. The preliminary First Part reviews a century of analytical jurisprudence to illustrate the dependence of every descriptive social science upon evaluations by the theorist.
