An index, for the most part, of the deceased parent of the child for whom the guardianship was filed (in some instances the child's name is shown preceded by an asterisk). Included is the date the guardian's bond was filed and the box and file number for each name. Files correspond to entries in the Knox County Probate Order books. Both order books and files are located at the Knox County Public Library's McGrady-Brockman House.
