Excerpt from Exports of Farm and Forest Products, 1904-1906, by Countries to Which Consigned Sir: . I have the honor to transmit herewith a compilation of sta tistics of the exports of farm and forest products for the year ending June 30, 1906, with those for two previous years inserted for compari son. The statistics have been derived from publications of the Bureau of Statistics of the Department of Commerce and Labor, and the work of compiling has been done by the Division of Foreign Markets, under the direction of its chief, George K. Holmes. This compilation is a continuation of a series cf bulletins per taining 'to the same subject, but it is more condensed than previous issues, owing to the exclusion of unimportant details. It is designed fer the use of this Department, and to meet the demands of a large number of correspondents; it contains an arrangement of the sta tistics and a determination of details, with various comparisons, not presented in any other publication. It is respectfully recommended that this report be published as Bulletin No. 53 of this Bureau. About the Publisher Forgotten Books publishes hundreds of thousands of rare and classic books.
