This book investigates the implementation of disability rights and duties in the European Union, aiming to understand its functioning and explore ways forward through a critical analysis of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) within the context of international regulation. Cybersecurity is set to be one of the dominant themes in EU governance in the coming years, and EU law has begun to adapt to the challenges presented by security with the adoption of the Network and Information Security (NIS) Directive.
