This book “Her Trials, Her Tribulations” is an adaptation of the dark fiction title “Her Heinous Defloration” and is published for the general audience with significant changes to make it reader-friendly, without the use of explicit language and graphics that might be inappropriate for general light fiction readers, especially young adults. Conclusive of the same, this book has no age barrier. A refining tale of classic young adult fiction, describing the fall of a woman’s beauty and the rise of her wicked fragility. Following the night of her blood-stained body in the dark sky, Pooja, the resident of the Mumbai city finds herself entangled between the shades of life and death. She finds herself frozen cold and dead to demand altruism for any human being present in her life, except her ally. Her heart begins wandering in the jungles of justice for her sufferings, but all she holds onto is a release, away from the faithless shelter in her life. She leaves her family and begins her journey in the cold relentless culture somewhere close by, from the scene of her traumatic fall from rise. She seeks herself away from the judiciary of the Grim Reaper, from the trap of emotions for years, living alone in the nemesis of the hard-hearted night… Until, one day, her ally, her emotional saviour meets the end of her three-year-long, loveless life. Not with death, not with tribulation, but with an unfortunate new chance. Love. The chance of love, which placed curtains in their hearts following the night of a December bonfire. What really happened that night? Who was Pooja, the sixth sense of Mumbai’s uncensored protests? Who was her ally, whom people trusted as her suffering? And of all, what was the unfortunate chance, who was the unfortunate chance, hiding amongst these clouds? A suspense tale worth describing the cents of human insecurities, motifs, romanticized past lives, the young adults, and women in distress! “Notion to the unapologetic who fabricates the bad over the good in life… this book will be savoured by the young adults intrigued in the themes of classical background setting, with impending thrill & suspense.”

There have been many political dilemmas that impose structural constraints on the effort to legalize, judicialize, and criminalize normatively deviant behavior in international politics. The annual costs of these tribunals has peaked at approximately $400 million, of which $140 million is allocated to the ICC, the latter now having spent $1 billion in its first decade of existence. What has been the track record of these international criminal courts with jurisdiction to try heads of states and leading official and military officers? Has the domestic political will of states increased to prosecute their own leaders, following the ICC’s complimentary jurisdiction? How have powerful states supported these courts and how have they undermined them? In succeeding in punishing a number of high-profile cases, the tribunals arguably constitute what Habermas called communicative action that expresses the aspirations and nascent norms of international society. Beyond the confines of a specific of international cooperation, these courts are increasingly becoming norm entrepreneurs, defining the norms of coexistence among states, such that internal atrocities are seen not only as international crimes, but threats to the stability and order of international society. These courts are also redefining the attributes of what states must practice to preserve their reputations, a breach of which will prove increasingly costly. The tribunals are increasingly incentivizing and mobilizing informational networks from NGOs, IGOs, and states to document and publicize violations of international criminal law, thereby increasing exposure risks of perpetration. To be sure the patchwork of compliance and norm communication is fraught with double standards, hypocrisy, selective enforcement, and neoimperial delegitimation of the subaltern. Still, what has begun as institutions created in the absence of humanitarian action by the powerful may come to constitute normal state attributes similar to sovereignty, whose violation will be seen as not only illegitimate, but also meriting humanitarian action to correct and punish such behavior. The question remains whether ongoing impunity of both the powerful and the powerless will undermine or limit this potential.

"You can choose to see a trial as a roadblock or an expressway. If you see it as a roadblock, it will obstruct your way. However, if you see it as an expressway, you can use it to learn and grow." "The gospel of Jesus Christ is the plan whereby we can become what God wants us to become. In fact, we become great people because of our trials, not in spite of them." This booklet reviews the nature, origins, and purposes of adversity and includes suggestions on how to patiently trust in the Lord and His eternal plan and how to use these trials to learn and grow stronger. You can benefit from your trials if you: Develop a relationship with God Let others help you Let God carry your burdens Trust that the Lord is in control and allow His will to be done Remember that everyone has challenges Let adversity make you a better person Live with integrity Be patient Make the best of your situation Serve others Keep a positive attitude Keep an eternal perspective

The eighteenth century was an age when not only the aristocracy but a burgeoning middle class could enjoy a remarkable flowering of the arts. But it was a man's world; any woman who wished to succeed as an artist had to overcome numerous obstacles. In a society in which women were required to marry, reproduce, and conform to rigid social conventions a professional artist risked becoming an object of gossip and hostility. Nevertheless, for a woman who had charm and good looks, was ambitious, and allied talent with hard work, success was attainable. This book examines the careers and working lives of celebrated artists like Angelica Kauffman and Elisabeth Vigée Le Brun but also of those who are now forgotten. As well as assessing the work itself - from history and genre painting to portraits - it considers artists' studios, the functioning of the print market, how art was sold, the role of patrons and the flourishing world of the lady amateur. It is enriched by up to 55 illustrations in glorious colour.

This book offers a critical analysis and re-examination of the notion of Divine trial, first by providing a comprehensive typology and a contextual interpretation of the Qur'anic narratives pertaining to the concept. Divine trial is then investigated through a historical review of prophetic tradition (hadith) and the exegetical literature (tafsir); followed by a discussion on Prophetology, and an overview of bala in the lives of the prophets. The book further develops key aspects of Muslim theology and mysticism through an examination of the works of Rumi and al-Ghazali.
