Biblical Studies on the Prophecies of the Rapture and Revelation - is an introduction to and exploration of the Bibles teachings on the Second Advent of Jesus Christ. It distinguishes the Rapture from the Revelation. It affirms the Premillennial / Pre-tribulation Rapture / and Dispensational views. Explored are various theological positions of the Return of Christ, Biblical history, Church history, and insights from key Scripture passages. Russell writes for inquiring laity, clergy and seminarians. This work provides edification, inspiration, a wealth of Biblical knowledge; working together strands of history, theology, Biblical studies, statistics and even humor. The book addresses the Unconditional Covenant God made with Israel; kindly refutes Replacement theology / the Amil and Postmil views; defines Daniels 70th Week; considers the future Tribulation, Millennium; reminds of Gods Sovereignty and Providence, warns of sensationalism, date setting; presents signs of the times, and touches on Apostasy. The book is a comprehensive eschatological work with significant amounts of doctrine, Biblical history, the history of Christianity, and interrelated eschatological considerations. It also admonishes practical Christian living and encourages seeking paths of holy living. If you desire to understand the distinctions between the Rapture and the Revelation, seek a challenging and rewarding journey of study, and if you would find your faith strengthened and your understanding increased, this book will be a helpful guide to your exploration.

This is a completely new typeset of the monumental 1957 classic, containing an extensive historical and theological introduction and detailed in-text notations by George R. Knight. Originally produced by the Ministerial Association of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, Questions on Doctrine was widely acclaimed and distributed in the late 1950s and early 1960s as a forthright answer to questions from evangelicals about key elements of Adventist doctrine. Controversy regarding the book's position on the nature of Christ and the atonement soon stopped its circulation. As part of the Adventist Classic Library, Knight's essays provide the background for how the book came about and describes the interaction of the principal players involved in the crisis that shelved this classic work for more than a generation.

God speaks about the Seventh Day Adventist Church in the Book of Daniel and the Book of Revelation. God wants you to hear what He has to say about a movement started many years ago with a man named William Miller and the Millerite Adventist Movement. Find out why God told them to proclaim worldwide the truths about a Heavenly Sanctuary and His work in Heaven. Do you want to live forever? Do you want to know the future? Will you listen to God speak? If so, then now is the time to read this verse by verse and chapter by chapter book. Starting with the life of Daniel and ending with the Second Coming of Jesus. Hear from the Bible (the Voice of God) and prosper in your Journey to Forever!! Revelation 1:3 "Blessed [is] he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time [is] at hand." Do you want to experience a new life now? John10:10 "I am come that they might have life, and that they might have [it] more abundantly." Are you ready for the blessings that come with a life with Christ? Matthew 10:30 "receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life." The gift of Christ Our Righteousness begins the moment a person accepts and invites Jesus into their life. The merits of Christ's life cover us just as we are when we come to Jesus, and this allows Christ to remove the defects in our lives and characters as only He can do. The impartation of Christ Our Righteousness does not happen in a day, a week, or a year, but over a lifetime of living with Christ in the life. The work of Christ is not a momentary happy feeling. It begins when we realize we need to cry out for help in dying to our sinful life and ask Christ to take us as we are and make something good out of our lives. It is by earnestly keeping our eyes on Christ, in prayer, in trials, and conflicts, that we can overcome the things of this world and overcome sin and living for ourselves. Isaiah 34:16 "Seek ye out of the book of the LORD." We must not accept another person's explanation of the scriptures for ourselves, for we must all individually go to the Bible and search for truth ourselves. As we look into the Word of God and contemplate His thoughts for us, we behold an endless fountain of truth. God's Word has incredible power to bring about impossible things. The message of Christ Our Righteousness is the message of allowing Christ to work in you. In Colossians 1:27, it is called "Christ in you, the hope of glory." This process is the best possible proof of the divine authorship of the Bible. All over the Bible are the precious sayings of the Words of God. Make these precious Words what you value in your life. You will be safe during the end of our world if you make the Word of God your standard. Isaiah 59:19 "When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him." Keep your Bible close to you, and the more you search, the more your mind and heart and life will find joy in the precious Words of encouragement and promise of what the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ can do for you. We can never know what the conflicts and trials of tomorrow may bring. In the message of Christ Our Righteousness, we can find hope. Christ alone makes us righteous and helps us grow in His Stature. Ephesians 4:12,13 "For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ."

This book seeks to demonstrate that those references to Christ are found in all of the Sciptures. On the glorious resurrection morning Mary went to seek for Jesus. She sought Him in the tomb, but He stood beside her. She thought He was the gardener, but the one word "Mary " revealed to her her Saviour. As we read some passage in the Old Testament how often our eyes are holden, and we see only the earthly form: we see Aaron the priest, or David the shepherd, or Solomon the king; but if, like Mary, we are really seeking the Lord Jesus, He manifests Himself to us through the outward type, and we turn in glad surprise, and, looking up, say, " Rabboni " (lit. my great One). As we continue to seek, we find Him in the least expected places of the Old Testament, until the whole grows luminous with the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. "In the volume of the book it is written of Me." All the lines of history and type, of Psalm and prophecy, converge towards one centre Jesus Christ, and to one supreme event. His death on the Cross for our salvation. And from that centre again all the lines of history in the book of Acts, of experience in the Epistles, and of prophecy in Revelation radiate out once more to testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world. After His resurrection our Lord not only "opened the Scriptures" to His disciples, but also "opened their under- standing that they might understand the Scriptures." He is ready to do the same for us. The same Holy Spirit who moved holy men of old to write the Scriptures, is close at hand to make the words life to our souls, by taking of the things of Christ and revealing them unto us. Of the books of the New Testament only a brief summary is here given, partly because they are so much more studied, partly because to treat of them at any adequate length would swell this book beyond the limits of a single volume, and still more because the chief aim of the present Studies is to show that Christ is the Key to the Old Testament Scriptures.

One of the most fascinating periods of history must certainly be around the time of Daniel the prophets time (sixth and fifth centuries B.C.). It was then that many of the philosophies that were to exert a telling influence on Western thought and Christianity arose. This is the period when Buddha, Confucius, Lao-Tzu, Zoroaster and Pythagoras developed their ideas. In this book, we consider the coded messages written by Daniel and later by the apostle John (preserved in the Bible). History offers outstanding confirmation of the accuracy of their predictions. We indicate how past and developing world events fit into the fabric of prophecy.

Karl Keating defends Catholicism from fundamentalist attacks and explains why fundamentalism has been so successful in converting "Romanists". After showing the origins of fundamentalism, he examines representative anti-Catholic groups and presents their arguments in their own words. His rebuttals are clear, detailed, and charitable. Special emphasis is given to the scriptural basis for Catholic doctrines and beliefs.
