Thomas Williams (ca. 1714-ca. 1759) immigrated from Wales to Augusta County, Virginia in 1734. He served in the French and Indian War, and later moved to what is now Williamsburg, West Virginia. Descendants lived in Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, California and elsewhere.
