Experiencing Teacher Leadership is unique in the sense that it chronicles the experiences of five novice teacher leaders as they navigate their new roles as teacher leaders in their respective schools. Interest in and knowledge of leadership and learning, separately and together, is an international and continuing phenomenon. This book adds to a somewhat under-researched aspect of the field.
