Under the authority of Section 112 of the CAA as amended in 1990, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) or the Agency) is currently developing a National Emission Standard for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) to reduce emissions generated during the production of reinforced plastic composites (RPCs).
