The building and grounds of the Old Stone Church, located on Ali'i Drive, three miles south of the village of Kailua Kona, has a history dating from 1820. Based on information drawn from a variety of sources, this book tells the church's interesting story. Although known as the Meeting House at Holualoa at the time of its construction in 1855, its name had changed by the mid-1900s when people referred to it as the Old Stone Church.
