What Is Powered Exoskeleton A mobile machine that is wearable over all or part of the human body, providing ergonomic structural support and powered by a system of electric motors, pneumatics, levers, hydraulics, or a combination of cybernetic technologies is referred to as a powered exoskeleton. Other names for this type of exoskeleton include power armor, powered armor, powered suit, cybernetic suit, cybernetic armor, exosuit, hardsuit, exoframe, or augmented mobility. The exoskeleton is expected to have a higher tolerance for mechanical stress, and its control system is supposed to be able to detect and coordinate with the motion that the user intends to make while also transmitting that information to motors that drive the gears. The user's shoulders, waist, back, and thighs are shielded from the effects of overload by the exoskeleton, which also helps to stabilize movement when the user is lifting and carrying large objects. How You Will Benefit (I) Insights, and validations about the following topics: Chapter 1: Powered exoskeleton Chapter 2: Functional electrical stimulation Chapter 3: Disability robot Chapter 4: HAL (robot) Chapter 5: Biomechatronics Chapter 6: LOPES (exoskeleton) Chapter 7: Gait training Chapter 8: Sarcos Chapter 9: Human Universal Load Carrier Chapter 10: ReWalk Chapter 11: Cyberdyne Inc. What Is MAHEM Magneto Hydrodynamic Explosive Munition (MAHEM) is a kind of weapon that is currently being researched by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) of the United States Department of Defense. This type of weapon would use molten metal to pierce the armor of an adversary. Explosions would generate electromagnetic fields that would drive the molten metal in the opposite direction. The warhead of the bomb would be "packed inside a missile, projectile, or other platform," and it would be delivered to the target in that manner. It would first destroy an enemy vehicle by penetrating its armor and then exploding once it reached the inside, so destroying the vehicle completely from the inside out. Conventional explosively produced penetrators won't compare to this new weapon when it comes to effectiveness, control, and accuracy, according to DARPA's projections. How You Will Benefit (I) Insights, and validations about the following topics: Chapter 1: MAHEM Chapter 2: DARPA Chapter 3: Rocket-propelled grenade Chapter 4: Shaped charge Chapter 5: M198 howitzer Chapter 6: Kinetic energy penetrator Chapter 7: Reactive armour Chapter 8: High-explosive anti-tank Chapter 9: Anti-materiel rifle Chapter 10: Carl Gustaf 8.4cm recoilless rifle Chapter 11: Rolled homogeneous armour Chapter 12: Vehicle armour Chapter 13: CBU-97 Sensor Fuzed Weapon Chapter 14: JP233 Chapter 15: Rheinmetall Rh-120 Chapter 16: FGM-172 SRAW Chapter 17: Explosively formed penetrator Chapter 18: Ammunition Chapter 19: Precision-guided munition Chapter 20: Electric armour Chapter 21: Rhino Passive Infrared Defeat System (II) Answering the public top questions about mahem. (III) Real world examples for the usage of mahem in many fields. (IV) 17 appendices to explain, briefly, 266 emerging technologies in each industry to have 360-degree full understanding of mahem' technologies. Who This Book Is For Professionals, undergraduate and graduate students, enthusiasts, hobbyists, and those who want to go beyond basic knowledge or information for any kind of mahem.

What Is Electromagnetic Weapons A directed-energy weapon, often known as a DEW, is a ranged weapon that inflicts harm on its target by directing a highly concentrated kind of energy towards it. This type of energy may take the form of lasers, microwaves, particle beams, or sound beams. This technology may have a variety of uses, some of which include weapons that target individuals, missiles, vehicles, and optical equipment. Research on directed-energy weapons to counter ballistic missiles, hypersonic cruise missiles, and hypersonic glide vehicles is being conducted in the United States by the Department of Defense, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), the Air Force Research Laboratory, the United States Army Armament Research Development and Engineering Center, and the Naval Research Laboratory. It is not anticipated that these missile defense systems would become operational any earlier than the middle to late 2020s. How You Will Benefit (I) Insights, and validations about the following topics: Chapter 1: Directed-energy weapon Chapter 2: Strategic Defense Initiative Chapter 3: Non-lethal weapon Chapter 4: Anti-satellite weapon Chapter 5: Wireless power transfer Chapter 6: Sonic weapon Chapter 7: Active Denial System Chapter 8: Space warfare Chapter 9: Particle beam Chapter 10: Plasma stealth Chapter 11: Space weapon Chapter 12: Electrolaser Chapter 13: Particle-beam weapon Chapter 14: Dazzler (weapon) Chapter 15: Project Excalibur Chapter 16: Laser weapon Chapter 17: KALI (electron accelerator) Chapter 18: Counter rocket, artillery, and mortar Chapter 19: Counter-electronics High Power Microwave Advanced Missile Project Chapter 20: Vigilant Eagle Chapter 21: AN/SEQ-3 Laser Weapon System (II) Answering the public top questions about electromagnetic weapons.
