Written by the author of Robinson Crusoe, this book is a highly readable and engaging guide to Christian doctrine and practice. It takes the form of a series of dialogues between a father and his children, in which they explore the central tenets of the faith, such as the nature of God, the meaning of salvation, and the importance of prayer. The book also includes a moving poem on the divinity of Jesus Christ, which reflects the author's deep and sincere faith.
