Currents along the shore of Lake Superior in the vicinity of Little Lake Harbor, and currents in the dredged, breakwater-protected harbor entrance, were measured during the period from 1 to 17 September 1964 by Lagrangian and Eularian techniques. The current survey zone extended from about one kilometer east to about one kilometer west of the harbor. Measurements of currents were made during south-southeast (offshore), and west and northwest (prevailing onshore) winds. Significant wave heights varied from 0 to 2.0 meters.
