Whilst both collective and collaborative drawing is being widely explored internationally, both within and beyond educational institutions, there is surprisingly little serious research published on the topic. The Taste of Art offers a sample of scholarly essays that examine the role of food in Western contemporary art practices. And why do scholars in the humanities value collaboration between artists and scientists so much that theyare willing to spend research time and money on it?
