Excerpt from Constitution by-Laws, House Rules and List of Officers and Members of the Century Club of Syracuse We, the undersigned, citizens of the City of Syracuse, county and State aforesaid, do hereby certify that we have associated together as an association for social, gymnastic and esthetic purposes, to be known as the Century Club of Syracuse. That the number of directors is nine and the following are the names of the directors for the ensuing year, viz.: William J. Wal lace, Henry A. Dillaye, William Kirkpatrick, Barrett R. White, Israel S. Spencer, James L. Bagg, Alexander H. Davis, Daniel Pratt, Alfred Wilkinson. It is pro posed that the rooms and o ices of the Club be located at the City of Syracuse, in said county and State.
