The purpose of this study was to compare nurses' and patients' perceptions of important nurse caring behaviors. A convenience sample of cancer patients (n=30) and nurses (n=30) were administered the CARE-Q instrument. Data were analyzed using Spearman's rho. A statistically significant relationship was found.
