Of 40[ per hour with exceptions for accountants, clerical and Office employees who are to be paid not less than per week. Exception to the standard wage provision is also made for the apprentices who may be em ployed for a period not to exceed six (6) months at eighty (80) percent Of the minimum wage as established by the Code. It is also provided that female employees performing substantially the same work as male employees shall receive the same rate Of pay as male employees.
