The Kansas Board of Regents and Kansas State Department of Education have developed a targeting plan to select on-site reviews for civil rights compliance in career and technical education programs. The Office of Career and Technical Education at the Kansas Board of Regents is responsible for monitoring subrecipients to ensure compliance.
