Leading up to the building is a curved pathway adorned with flowers. In the distance is an additional red roofed building landscaped with palm trees. Printed in the center of the cover on verso is a Mission-style building with greenery. Title page "California's / Mission Hotel / The Glenwood / Riverside / California." Pictures and information about the hotel is printed inside. In the bottom right corner of the second to last page is a colophon: "Produced / by / Norman Pierce / Company / Designers / Engravers / Printers / San Francisco / & / Los Angeles / U.S.A." The verso is non decorative.
