Orrenius (Sweden), H. Uehleke (BRD), J.R. Gillette (USA), C. Netter (BRD), M. Mercier (Belgium), F. Oesch (BRD), E. Boyland (UK), J.E. Gibson (USA), C.D. Klaassen (USA) and J.W. Gorrod (UK).
