For each 70-mm and usable 5-in. frame, this presents the information available on: the revolution number; the focal length of the camera; the photo scale at the principal point of the frame; the selenographic coordinates at the principal point of the frame; the approximate tilt of the photo; the percentage of forward overlap of the frame; the sun angle; the quality of the photography; and the photo index area (using the Lunar Aeronautical Chart system for the earthside and similar breakdowns on the farside region). A brief description of each frame is also included. The index to the 35-mm stereo frames is listed by frame number and general description. The index to the 16-mm sequence photography includes information concerning the approximate surface coverage of the photographic sequence and a brief description of the principal features shown. A remarks column is included to indicate; if the sequence is plotted on the photographic index map, and the quality of the photography. Directly following the indexes are two Photo Index Area Location Diagrams, one for the lunar earthside and one for the lunar farside.
