That it shall be the duty Of the injured em ployee, immediately upon the happening of the accident, or as soon thereafter as practicable, and not later than sixty days thereafter, or in case of his death by such accident, the duty Of one or more Of the dependents of the employee within sixty days thereafter, to give or cause to be given to his Official superior or to the Secretary of Labor a notice of such accident, setting forth in ordinary language the time.
