In October of 2001 after taking an anti-depressant I flipped into a manic episode. I was hospitalized and diagnosed with bi-polar disorder 1 with psychotic features. Many years went by and I had taken pretty much all of the medications that were prescribed for my mental illness. I knew that I had to be on some kind of medication but I was frustrated with all of the combinations and side effects that caused havoc in my life. At times I found myself thinking about ending it all, but deep in my heart I knew that was not going to be the story of my life. Abba has much more in His plan for my life and you are involved in it. After much searching and praying I found my sense of spiritual awareness and my gifts of writing and artwork. I also found the child within me who was longing to come out and let me know that my life really mattered. With her I was taken to unforeseen places and mysterious happenings began to unfold. So, come with me for a little while and experience what happens to the mind when it leaves the world behind and takes you soaring into another time. On the front cover is my own artistic interpretation of bi-polar disorder. Magdalen Preast A portion of the proceeds will go to N.A.M.I. (National Alliance for Mental Illness) in Boise, Idaho for the surrounding areas.

We cannot relate to a spirit God, a spirit Savior, a spirit Uncle, and a spirit enemy without embracing the spirit world. This book coined the phrase "Earth-life Bias" [ELB] to identify the enemy's work in our daily lives and illustrate how most believers just add our Abba Father as an accessory to this life instead of becoming citizens of Heaven and members of his Family. This book illustrates how pervasive ELB is in every aspect of our lives without criticizing any person, organization or denomination. They all serve our Abba Father’s purpose and all have Romans 10 in their Holy Bibles which shows us how to avoid the fiery pit. The rest of the Scripture is about our relationships. Esoteric knowledge of the Scripture is for scholars, we need to apply it to our lives. After revealing the ELB in our lives, we explain how to escape it by embracing the supernatural divine spirit world and how the “godly control system,” the heart, mind, spirit, soul connection with the Holy Spirit, Jesus and our Abba Father works. With that foundation, we show how build our faith, relationships, and marriages, converting “for better or worse” to sanctified marriage with vows to our Abba Father to do it his way. There is also a section on Daniel which brings our Abba Father into modern times, explains what is taking Jesus so long to get here, and answers a lot of questions about end times. This section is work but it is a giant faith builder, as you will see. But regardless of where we worship, we are individually responsible for own relationship with our Abba Father and this book will help any believer grow their faith and experience the full joy, peace and glory our Abba Father created for us.

Discover and Embrace the Extravagant, Unconditional Love of the Father How is it that so many believers get stuck when it comes to entering into a relationship with God the Father? Rather than basking in the Father's endless love, compassion, and delight, we seem to hesitate, like orphaned children unsure of a place to call home. Neal Lozano breaks through the obstacles that keep us from growing in this pivotal relationship. He shatters fear and estrangement in his joyful exploration of Jesus's promise to show us his Father--and ours. It is a heartwarming journey, starting with the universal experience of loss and ending in the Father's welcoming arms as dearly loved children.

Most Christians have it all mixed up about Jesus Christ and the church out of Peter¿s rock. For James Robert Sabolick, the truth and the way started quite inconspicuously. It all started at Fort Pitt Bridge in 1976. Since then, his life had been nothing but an unending shredding of sinful ways, revelations through dreams and messages out of distinct events in his life and family members. There were those countless times he had drowned in alcohol and attempted to end his life while in the US Navy. A marriage brought forth the death of a son a few days after birth. Yet, not even the end of the marriage and life on the streets of Florida could sway his growing faith, which started in 1976 all the way to Mount Olives to bury his covenant, a Hebrew bullet, on the way to Mount Tsijon (Zion).

From the globally acclaimed, best-selling novelist and author of We Should All Be Feminists, a timely and deeply personal account of the loss of her father: “With raw eloquence, Notes on Grief … captures the bewildering messiness of loss in a society that requires serenity, when you’d rather just scream. Grief is impolite ... Adichie’s words put welcome, authentic voice to this most universal of emotions, which is also one of the most universally avoided” (The Washington Post). Notes on Grief is an exquisite work of meditation, remembrance, and hope, written in the wake of Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie's beloved father’s death in the summer of 2020. As the COVID-19 pandemic raged around the world, and kept Adichie and her family members separated from one another, her father succumbed unexpectedly to complications of kidney failure. Expanding on her original New Yorker piece, Adichie shares how this loss shook her to her core. She writes about being one of the millions of people grieving this year; about the familial and cultural dimensions of grief and also about the loneliness and anger that are unavoidable in it. With signature precision of language, and glittering, devastating detail on the page—and never without touches of rich, honest humor—Adichie weaves together her own experience of her father’s death with threads of his life story, from his remarkable survival during the Biafran war, through a long career as a statistics professor, into the days of the pandemic in which he’d stay connected with his children and grandchildren over video chat from the family home in Abba, Nigeria. In the compact format of We Should All Be Feminists and Dear Ijeawele, Adichie delivers a gem of a book—a book that fundamentally connects us to one another as it probes one of the most universal human experiences. Notes on Grief is a book for this moment—a work readers will treasure and share now more than ever—and yet will prove durable and timeless, an indispensable addition to Adichie's canon.

The imagination has been called, 'the principal organ for knowing and responding to disclosures of transcendent truth'. This book probes the theological sources of the imagination, which make it a vital tool for knowing and responding to such disclosures. Kerry Dearborn approaches areas of theology and imagination through a focus on the nineteenth century theologian and writer George MacDonald. MacDonald can be seen as an icon whose life and work open a window to the intersection of word, flesh and image. He communicated the gospel through narrative and image-rich forms which honour truth and address the intellectual, imaginative, spiritual, and emotional needs of his readers. MacDonald was also able to speak prophetically in a number of areas of contemporary concern, such as the nature of suffering, aging and death, environmental degradation, moral imagination and gender issues. Dearborn explores influences which shaped him, along with the wisdom he has offeredin the formation of significant Christian writers in both the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Authors such as C.S. Lewis, G.K. Chesterton, Dorothy Sayers, J.R.R. Tolkien, W.H. Auden, Frederick Buechner and others attribute to MacDonald key paradigm shifts and insights in their own lives. A study of MacDonald does not offer a formulaic approach to theology and the imagination, but the possibility of gleaning from his rich harvest relevant nourishment for our own day. It also provides a context in which to assess potential weaknesses in imaginative approaches to theology.

Dr Mark Stibbe fell in love with John's Gospel as a teenager. This set of devotional readings springs from profound reflection over many years, but the tone is inspirational and popular. He writes: 'John is my favourite Gospel. In John's Gospel, Jesus is the Son who reveals the Father. He is presented to us as the one who came to show us what the Father is truly like. He says of himself that he is the only Way to the Father and the one who discloses the truth about the Father heart of God. Every verse of John's Gospel reveals the Father. 'Together we consider 366 texts and look at how they reveal the Father who has adopted us, embraced us in his family, and promised never to abandon us. The purpose of every daily study is to turn what we learn into the language of adoration.'
