"In this example of planning research a set of recommended subdivision standards has been prepared for the communites within the county who have not adotped specific individual community subdivision standards. The standards are designed to meet and solve specific problems isolated and identified during the comprehensive planning process and are complimentary to the Comprehensive Plan. A set of design standards has been formulated for a new subdivision of land within the county's jurisdiction.
