Changing the way we perceive something is the single most important element in curing whatever emotional ailment we have. In this book I will teach you what I did to cure my panic disorder for good. No drugs, no gimmicks just simple mind over matter thinking. The exercise I will teach you is a very scary process, one that you may want to quit several times, but if you can muster up the strength to follow through with this exercise, I promise it will be worth it in the end. It may take one time doing this, it may take several times, but all we have is time. Do not put a deadline on your progress. Keep up with your cognitive words. Use them every single time you have a panic attack and I promise you, it will work.
