Waring, E.schene hingh, Sam'l Prioleau, (see App., Nos. 1 and If on the authority of Yonge, (the surveyor-general, ) we add the name ofjno. Lloyd, it will complete the number of councillors. Maj. Wm. Blak sway was Clerk of Council. The Journals of Council remaining to us begin in June, 1721, with Nicholson as Gov ernor, and a new Council whose names are recorded.
